Six weeks in Cairo

We enter Josephs's life during the evacuation of the Battle of Gallipoli, 1915. A campaign where tragically 73,485 men lost their lives. Fortunately, Joseph's story continues to Cairo, Egypt. Stationed here in a medic ward, he recovers from his injuries and shellshock, though the looming threat of redeployment nears.
Fearful and desperate for an alternative, Joseph hears of the new Imperial Camel Corps, a British division based and operated within Egypt. Though he must know sufficient Arabic to join. And he only has six weeks to learn it.

After surviving an ambush from and shootout with the scouting party, they capture a German soldier named Josef (David Bruckner), with the intention of bringing him back to British lines for questioning. Joseph begins to connect with and feel for Josef, and Bill seems ever more ruthless. At this point, they must work it out between them. True motives are revealed, their friendship is tested, and their lives hang in the balance.
