Joe is a multi-award-winning director and editor. As the leading creative voice at Five Fold Media, Joe oversees each project the team takes on, from start to finish. Editing alongside directing has helped Joe massively, knowing how his creative ideas can be put together in the most effective way.

 

His journey to directing began in narrative short films which now means that storytelling is always in the forefront of his mind. Even whilst working across different mediums, this storytelling aspect has always been crucial. The work done with musicians and clients has always resulted in unique pieces that stand out from most other content in their respective fields. ​

As a Producer/ Assistant Director, Tom loves problem-solving. He enjoys bringing together all the individual elements that make up a film and gets a huge amount of gratification from delivering quality and creative projects. Tom is an expert at keeping the production on track. He knows each project inside and out and uses that knowledge to keep the crew on time and on track.

Tom works closely with every department. He uses knowledge of their workflows to organise each project so its not only time efficient but also cost effective.

Mike excels in trying to make the impossible possible. He is driven and excited by the potential of each project, working tirelessly to make each one uniquely spectacular. He works closely with clients and creatives to mould their ideas into the best possible state they can within the budget set.

Mike thrives at getting people invested. His excitement and enthusiasm is contagious, encouraging people to work their hardest with a smile. Excited to not only see the final product, but to be contributing to the overall success of the project.

FiveFold's resident soundie, Owen handles all things audio, specializing within on-location sound recording. From working on feature films to commerical productions, Owen has practical experience in recording, sound design, sound mixing, ADR, and foley sound. 

 

Owen also boasts his award-winning experience in narrative, and documentary sound design/recording, and always pushes for the best quailty sound capture possible.

Jake has worked as a cinematographer on numerous narrative shorts and music videos. He has also worked as a camera operator, 1st AC, and 2nd AC across a multitude of narrative and corporate projects. Recently, Jake has established himself as a camera assistant in the TV world working as a recurring freelancer for Coronation Street.

 

Jake’s cinematic style is driven through narrative choices, he focuses on using cinematography to support and further the story. His passion is storytelling and he approaches each project with an open mind and a clear vision for how to best use his technical and creative skillset.

Phoenix has worked as a cinematographer on multiple projects spanning from narrative shorts, music videos, and corporate promotional videos. He has also worked as 1st and 2nd AC on multiple projects including a Netflix feature film.

 

Currently, he is working on projects in various roles and genres to try and expand his skill set and implement them into his work. ​ Phoenix tries to involve himself in every stage of production so that he can help make the vision for the project come to life. He isn't afraid to try new methods of working or take on additional responsibilities if it's in service of the production.
